#1 Post by crownjewels »

Hi,

Does anyone have available a Mk2 2.5Pi or 2.5S Estate Plastic rear number plate surround/panel for the Tailgate?

Thanks Scott.

I've got a tailgate from an early 'S' estate buried in the shed. I'll see if I can get in there and see if it has the trim panel on it.

It won't be able to look for a day or 2 though....

Cheers,
Mike.

You'll have to remind me what you want Lloyd. Better still, arrange for some sunshine the next time you come over and you can come and rummage yourself!

Scott,
I wondered if the PI saloon rear black panel is the same as the 'S' estate version, so I checked last night. It is not!

Cheers,
Mike.

Hi Mike,

It is a shame the saloon one does not fit as I already have one of them here attached to a very rusty Pi.

If you are able to check if the S Tailgate has one that would be great.

Thanks Scott.

Hi Scott,

Sorry it's taken so long, but I have now got down the the storage 'shed' and found that I have 2 of the estate tailgate trims!

I have taken one off and it's now in the garage - a bit nearer to the house. It looks OK with no cracks that I can see.

Cheers,
Mike.
