Does anyone know how many mk1 PIs there are left?
And how many are registered to the club.
Thanks Andrew.

I think the best person to answer that could well be our very own Lee Godrey (englishbull), who is a self confessed Mk1 PI guru! I understand he has records of known vehicles ( or at least known to him!).
There is a website called 'How many left', which I have had a quick look at, but it doesn't differentiate between Mk1 and Mk2. But it states 120 licenced, 103 on SORN, but then states 11 autos licenced and 2 autos SORN'd (mine must one of those then!). But there's been questions raised before about how accurate this info actually is.....
As regards Club membership, then the Membership Secretary (Maggie R aka The First Lady) is the best bet for this info....

I don't like MK1 PI's!!!!............... :)

Andrew, as John rightly states, I am doing a MK1 PI database ( some records stuck on a old computer and I need to try and locate) and I only have approximately 30 cars on it.
Now these are mainly UK cars but do have some from Sweden and Switzerland and am hoping to get details of Australian cars.

Out of those on my database, I would guess that only 20ish are on the road currently but at least three more are soon to hit the road in the next 3 plus years and out of those, x3 are the "rare" Mk1 PI estates.

Now from your username, I take it that you have a MK1 PI?

Do I have your cars details?,if not would you be so kind as to PM me them?

cheers

Lee
