Will 205 tyres fit?

Yes, they fitted mine ok, but fouled on my mates. Need to check the rear shocks and the front tie bar/anti roll bar as this is where they may rub.
Consider using 205/65/14 not 70 profile. The profile number is the % of the width as the height, so the wider you go, the lower profile you need to keep a sensible rolling radius.
I use 195/65/14 and they are just fine and dandy. On my PI I am using 195/60/15 but both the same rolling radius.
