I have a situation where the disk pads on the right wheel on my T 2000 are binding quite tightly on the disk. I tried levering them off the disk a bit and that allowed the wheel to spin freely but on applying the brakes again the wheel was quite firm and quite tight to turn.
Do you think there is a looming problem with the&nbsp;caliper opperation. They have never been touched in over 300000ml.&nbsp;<edited><editID>Harold W</editID><editDate>38146.3373958333</editDate></edited>

As a first shot I think you need to have a good go at fully freeing each piston. In my experience they tend gradually to get stiffer, which means they tend to drag as you have noticed.
<br>It may be that the recesses inside the caliper are chocking up with old deposits. Lever the piston in as far as it will go, being careful not to damage the rubber seal, then press it out again with the pedal. Keep repeating this, use a G-clamp if it helps. Try a very thin worn out pad to get maximum movement. When you have got each one as free as possible, bleed the system thoroughly so that you expell all the old fluid.
<br>Have a look at the master cylinder -may be the seals are getting old so there is some residual pressure even when the pedal is released.

I had a similar problem. The brakes were binding and therefore heat was being generated the caused the fluid to expand and the brakes locked on completely. It cost me a set of pads in about 5 miles.
The reason was the pushrod from the pedal was not going back far enough&nbsp;to release the pressure on the master cylinder but that is another story.
