Which car lives nearest to to the Canley plant?

I used to live across the road from the Canley plant, and at that time my old 2000 was the Triumph that lived nearest to where it was born, now I'm still in Coventry, but not as close to the old plant, I was wondering which Triumph now has the title of being closest to it's birthplace.

And just out ...

Re: Stoneleigh March 9th.

I had a good day, it's the first time I'd been (although I've been to plenty of other events there as I only live 10 mins away) and I thought it was good, I would've liked to have seen more cars there as it did seem half empty in the hall with the clubs. The 2000's were well represented but there ...

Re: NEW Birmingham Group

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the warm welcome from everyone, i had a good night and the car made it there and back in the pouring rain.
I'll be there for the next one, and i'll be there in the estate again.
Cheerio for now.
Heather.

Re: NEW Birmingham Group

Hi guys,

Is there anyone that lives in or near Coventry going to the B'ham meeting tomorrow?
I want to go, but i'd like to drive there with someone as i don't know the way (will be borrowing my Dad's sat nav just in case!), and i'm wary of driving to somewhere i don't know in case the car breaks ...

Re: Back Seats.

Hi Jamie,
Maybe we should start a F.A.Q's for estate owners, as it's quite tricky to know what bits you can use from the mk2's, how's it going with yours? I'm getting ready to start spending money on mine, and i'm looking forward to getting dirt under my fingernails.

Re: Back Seats.

Cheers Alan, wishful thinking on my part. At least by this time next year i should've run out of questions and i'll be as well informed as everyone else on here!

Back Seats.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a saloon back seat to fit an estate? I'm going to be after new seats for mine and thought that if i can somehow convert the saloon back seat into an estate one i could buy a set of seats from a saloon as they might be easier to come by.
Has anyone ever tried ...

Youngest Mk 1 Estate?

Hi, i checked the commission number on my old girl today, as i figured that as she's on a H plate she's gonna be one of the last Mk 1 estates to be made, she was 1767th from last of the Mk 1's in general, but i'd like to know if it's possible to find out how many other estates were made after her.
I ...
