he is a pensioner and i don't think he has the money to be able to do the repairs on the arches and door. he just wants to get it sold, he rarely drives it these days so hence the low bin the reserve is a bit lower than the bin price. i'd have had it from him but i'm having the estate done in the new year so it wouldn't get the work done on the body
