Hi all, won't be doing too much triumph related work for a while.... I have managed to fracture my spine!!!!! Ouch

Thanks guys. I fell down some stairs, just a normal everyday thing that went wrong...... Fractured L1 & L2 vertabrae...... Seriously painful

Ouch, have you got a brace on? Have done mine twice, last time was T11. Found it gets much better after the first week.

L1 and L2 are a really common paragliding injury.
