I also know Lee... and I\'ve been fortunate enough to see the car in the flesh... its is quite stunning. BTW did you know that he moonlights at TSSC meetings!!!. The only reason I know that however is cos thats where I first met him.

Anyway I know he was talking about try to start a Nottingham South, Leicester North group, which would be a little more local than the current 4 counties - Northampton options we have at the moment

Oh and wasnt it the 2007 Nationals? please correct me if I am wrong

Regards

Gavin
As for a new group, why not? More the merrier. Why not contact John Cottrell (Editor and Local Groups Man) using the contact details from Register Officiers on the left hand side of the website. He will be able to help you, put article in mag, maybe even ask him to do a mailshot to people in that area.
I\'m in Redditch, but I work in Leics/Notts area............you never know, I may pop in myself!
Good luck and go for it...............

I spoke to Lee the other night, and he\'s still intending to go ahead and organise something. We\'ll probably discuss this again at the end of month TSSC meeting and we\'ll keep everybody posted as to any outcome.

I\'d be interested to hear from anyone who is in the Notts South, Leicester North, Derby areas regarding this.

Regards

Gavin
I am certainly mad : another Triumph join my fleet yesterday. A nice pale yellow 66\' TR4 Airs, overdrive, with wire wheels.
I just have to check the engine (not use for 6 years), and all the hydraulics usuals problems. The rest of the car is incredibly rust free and clean, thanks to stay in a dry garage since his rebuilt in 83\'. Same owner for 26 years !
Next one ? May be a TR2 or a TR5, but before I will buy a 930 square meters garage near my home to keep everything in good conditions....

Hi Lee,

You might want to edit the last post you put up and remove your
telephone number. Then send it to Sally (if she still needs it) in a
private message.. You\'re just opening yourself up to potential trouble
otherwise

Regards
