I am sorry but Anne and I won't be attending, its simply too much travel time for a couple of days on site, with the limited time we normally have available from the Business in the summer months. If I could have managed the Friday / Monday like Alan it would have been viable, but the distance / travel time makes it a no goer

It'll be a fair bit closer for us and you Dave too.
You're right though, it'll be good to see Bill at the National again.

Sadly Steph and I will not be able to make it although I should have recovered from my knee replacement by then.
We had looked forward to a visit up North and worked out the budget for the 680 mile round trip, but the two dog restriction means that the price of kenneling makes the cost wholly unrealistic on our pensions ...... and how do we decide which dogs to leave at home?

Bill, I see that 'The Railway Man' makes its premiere today, must make a point of watching out for general release and seeing the star of the show

This is proving to be a very popular national!! We were given a few extra statics but only have the following left;
1 x standard 3 bed
1 x standard 2 bed
1 x premier 3 bed
There is an extra 5 statics but the camp site will also be booking from this pool, so no guarantee that we will get them. So, if you are thinking of having a static, please let me know as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!!
There are plenty of touring pitches!
Could this national be more popular than Somerset!!
Regards
Sharon
