OK, not exactly a car, but a 1930s Sentinel steam wagon.

Quite surprised as to how quickly they get along!

There is a Stanley steamer that attends events around here quite regularly, that seems to go well too.

Saw loads rare cars last night at local classic car gathering at Griffins Head at Papplewick, Notts.
It is an excellent turnout of all types of cars and last night must have been in access of 170+ cars.

Saw a Citreon SM, Edson. Plymouth's, GT40 but rarest of all (only think two world wide) was 1920's Humber.

I saw a PB Cresta, 100Es, Corsairs, Corvette, 55 Chevy pick up, bubble car, 58 Olds, split screen campers, amazing turnout for a mid week. Wish we hadn't arrived as it was getting dark and lots had left already! :cry:

Yeah by time you arrived would say 3/4 had left,as soon as get's dark they flee..............

Forgot say I went in mates rare Vauxhall VX 490.
Colin...............the Cresta if it the Red one is hand painted and in Fire Engine Red, owner ok but boy can he rattle!!!!!.

Did you see the Zodiac convertable?................that is an excellent car and the guy that owns it is the guy that did sill work on my old Damson MK1 estate and that Carmine MK2 that for sale.

that was the cresta (too dark to assess paint!), didn't see Zodiac though.

Firenza looks better from outside mate...............

basically car as been cut on floorpans and dropped onto Subaru running gear and as not been done that well
