Daily drivers are either the PI saloon or the Disco.
The PI is sadly for sale to help fund my other projects (though if it had been tax exempt Steph would have snaffled it).
The Disco was acquired blind off ebay cheap (£400 buy it now with a host of off roading goodies) with the plan to break it. Decided that as the sills etc were sound and 'just' needed a new boot floor, and having had all its mechanical components repaired/replaced in the previous 15K miles it would be worth sorting out. Bad move
...... found the bits of the body adjacent to the floor had also gone as well as hidden bits that do not usually go - wish I had put the time into sorting the more practical (for my purposes) Rangie LSE (perhaps even fitted the Chevvy overfinch engine etc. that I just happen to have kicking around 
). Mind you apart from the work, after selling off the offroading goodies the car owes me cash wise just £200 
Ideal as a tow hack and to replace the LR90 200tdi (with many offroading bits and other upgrades) which to be honest was too small for my needs (four dogs and a wife) and had degenerated into no more than a towing hack - deserves to be more than that and is itself up for sale.Also use the World Cup Land Crab when I feel like it.
Steph drives a Subaru Justy as a cheap runner to work. We did have two other Scoobies - Legacy 2.5 Quad Cam estate (fabulous car) and 2l Impreza but both, after hard lives, would cost more than justified to sort out so they were broken and the bits not sold went to the great scrapyard in the sky.
All my other cars are projects in waiting............ Keep me busy now that I am an OAP
Very nice tho anyway, hopefully my get to see your Commer at a show sometime. My Dad had a Commer panel van in dark red back in the eighties. He was the Spares sec for "that faceless Triumph Club that shall not be named" back then and used it for carting gear to and from shows. I always remember it had sliding doors on the cab which would open and close randomly whenever they felt like it and would happily sever any limbs that got in the way!
