Hello to all,
It was another great Triumph show at stoneleigh this year.i was impressed&nbsp;with the cars that turned up and parked in the Triumph only section.i saw three lovely PI\'s,one of which was for sale, looking like a bargain at just over £2000!
My friend and i picked up a few useful spares for our cars, that were quite cheap.
There were some nice cars on display on all of the club stands, and i saw a mk1 PI estate too!
Next year,we will be going to this show in our Triumph\'s,after they are restored<IMG>

Lovely day for the show but I must have been looking in the wrong places for cheap spares, I hardly found a thing.
I found a bloke who wanted £6 for a rocker cover gasket and somone else had&nbsp;a couple of Mk1 wings for £110 each.&nbsp; This is cheaper than Fitches, but only just and certainly wouldnt have covered the travelling expenses. I&nbsp;went to go and&nbsp;offer him £200 for the pair after lunch but they had gone&nbsp;and I found one later on another stall with £150 tag on it.
I cant help thinking that some of these traders are taking us for a bunch of mugs and we should all&nbsp;do a bit more&nbsp;putting stuff back and walking away.
I am also a bit jaded by wading through mountains of TR and Stag&nbsp;stuff to find a few bits and bobs for Big Saloons.
I got a nice sill for £10 and some plugs for £6 but dont really need them and I could, just as easily, have&nbsp;wandered round the barns and saved the same, if not more, by not paying to go into the show.
I will go again, if the weather is fine and my son and his mate want to go but I wont be bothering to look out for any bargains.

I enjoyed the show and managed to part with some money and also enjoyed the bartering, i manage to buy some shot blasted steels with nearly new tyres, chromed rocker cover, rocker gaskets (£1.50 each) rear bumber and i few bits and bobs but i thought there may have been a few more cars there but all in all a good day.
