Why can't I send PMs?

Every time I try to send a PM to another member, I get a message saying there are too many recipients......

Any idea?

Really can't think why that would happen. Are you trying to send to more than one recipient?

No, just the one via the button for PM on the thread replies. Doesn't matter how I do it, it comes up with "you are trying to send a message to too many recipients"?

I have figured it out now - my Norton Identity Safe is putting my user name in one of the boxes - preventing me from sending pms.
