Hi All
Both my drivers door hinges are badly worn .
The hinge (part that bolts to door) is worn, the pin is hardly worn.
Any suggestions on best fix?
Would roll pins take up the wear? or oversize pins?
Any help much appreciated

Re: Door hinge pin
The easiest way to start would be to replace the bolt-on part of the hinges with some from a scrap door.
I see you are in Exeter, try Andy Harrison in Crediton, he breaks 2000/2500 models and has lots of parts for sale usually.

Thanks for the advice.
I know Andy very well, we used meet up regularly in our old lives!
He hasn't got any, at the moment

Re: Door hinge pin
I have the same problem. Has anyone managed to have their hinge repaired by sleeving or any other method?
If so can a suitable machinist be recommended?
