Sounds like a good project to reshell a rotton pfl saloon, although I would be keen to see it before buying as one persons perception of a 'high standard' is probably different from someone elses. Definitely an opportunity that doesn't come up that often though!

Agreed these type of projects are uncommon, dad and I think they they are always worth considering as someone has taken the time and money to get this far and either run out of money or without out sounding grim time catches us up. eBay has a vast buying audience and I’m as sceptical on perceived condition. Unfortunately the seller has taken very little time to photograph his main selling point the shell. Surely more detail ie floor and boot areas would help the seller and buyer. I think the advert leaves a buyer no choice but to view the car however it might be a hidden gem at a snip.
