Thank you Charles for the confirmation. As they say two out of three 'aint bad 
. So are the 2 sets of holes in the top bracket normal then? I may end up keeping the top bracket, and purchase a couple of stays from CW for now, and keep an eye out for a couple of originals . Would they both be the same length, and what would of been the original finish - gloss or satin...
