Hi,

I am writing to Triumph 2000 club because a lot cars are going to be scrapped. total 17 + parts.
Maybe there is no interest in the cars in Norway but there could be a huge demand in europe.
The owner of the cars is dead and the relatives want to clear the property.

My sister had a Triumph 2000 when I was a teenager.

Please see link to add below.

Best regards

Jim

WOW
Sadly the cost of shipping them would far outweigh the spares value. Would love to take a large van and spend a week stripping them as much as I could. :(
Anyone up for a road trip?

FLIP

Are these cars still intact or have they been scrapped...?!

It'd be great if someone (or a group of people) could get out there and strip these cars down to their bare-bones in order to collect a HUGE stash of spares that will benefit so many other cars/owners!

Surely this is (or was!) a once in a lifetime opportunity?!

I hope that if these cars are still there something can be done! I only wish I had the time and the money to spend a week or two stripping them! Darn it...

Hi Jim.
Slightly different subject, but we have just arrived home from a holiday in Norway, and one day in Stavanger we saw an early Herald, pale green,in beautiful condition, just after I had put the camera away :( .Just had time to wave, and flash my TSSC badge  .Norwegian car with happy smiling faces.
Enjoyed ourselves, saw Fjords by ship.Lovely country.

Bill.

Hi all

I guess I don't spoil anything when I give short update without Jim's permission.
The old sale add is now outdated but still readable. It was referred in the latest sale add: http://www.finn.no/finn/car/used/object ... rough=true

As it says, there is/was a grand sale event today May 11. However, I got the latest info too late and could not plan and book a feasible fast trip with minimum overnight stay.
