Looking for GAB721N

#1 Post by Bikergonebald » Wed Sep 08, 2021 4:45 pm

Hi All,

I just joined the forum in the hope of tracking down my dads old car. It’s a white 2000 saloon with blue interior, he sold it in the early 2000’s. At that time it was a pristine show winning car.

It would be good to know if it’s still out there and I can tell the owner some of the history.

The car appears on an old club web page as belonging to Roger Cummins but that was a while ago.

Thanks
Kevin

I remember that particular car. It was in lovely condition then. It hasn't been taxed since December 2006 (but not SORN'd either), and the last V5c was issued in November 2006. MOT records are not shown so it must have declared MOT exempt or it would show when it actually expired (so I understand it).
If you contact the Membership Secretary, Maggie Roberts, she will be able to tell you if it is still known to the Register although GDPR won't allow current owner details to be passed on (even if known). In those circumstances, she may be able to ask any known owner to contact you, but she would be able to advise.
