Hi Peter
A friend of mine with a Pi had this problem. He managed to acquire an original Unipart Laycock clutch kit and had this fitted. He also fitted new bolts to the belt housing and used the drill bits as described by Johnnydog to align it all up. Since then no problems and a really nice feeling clutch. If you have difficulty finding the articles from Buckeye Triumph I have them and could email them.
