Hi all,
I don't get on the this forum as much as I would like and do not recall anything in Six Appeal regarding the status of the Triumph 2000/2500 Owners Club. What jogged my memory about them was due to sorting through some mags and stuff. The 2014 Stoneleigh programme gave a list of all the relevant MG and Triumph marques and clubs and that particular club was mentioned.
Anyone able to give a shakedown post on them?
Kev
Other Barb/Innsbruck forum
Re: Other Barb/Innsbruck forum
It was originally a breakaway club that started following a certain Register member who left following some alleged indiscretions. Some members followed this member to the Owner Club. It only had a few conscientious members before the club ceased to be several years ago. Their members were offered the opportunity to join the Register (I believe with no fee), which some of the few remaining members in the Owners Club took up.
That's my recollection of events - I'm sure I'll be corrected if there are any inaccuracies in this....

Re: Other Barb/Innsbruck forum
Thanks Johnnydog. Sounds very similar to the owners of Stag's breaking away to form another club for it to die some years later.
