My first Triumph

Hello all. Picking up my first Triumph tomorrow. 1973 2000 estate. I'll put some pictures up once I have it. Great site and I cannot wait to pick it up from what I've read about the cars.
I'll soon be bending everyone's ear about it. First plans are to either tune the 2000 engine or replace it with a tuned 2500. I'll ask peoples opinions on that. Not looking for a race car but something fun and surprising.
I'll post pictures soon and ask your opinions, advice.

Hi Joe,
Welcome to the forum and also to Triumph ownership! Having owned them for 40 years, it's a bug that can hard to shake off! You will find a wealth of invaluable knowledge on here, either from previous topics or by just asking the question!

Welcome Joe. It is worth joining the 2000 Register too if you haven't already! Can be done online through the website this forum is attached to.
