RECENT DIFFICULTIES LOGGING ON TO THE FORUM
Whether it is related to the new Register website, or another underlying issue, it appears that several members have had difficulty recently logging onto the Forum (probably through a bookmark or thumbnail as I usually do) with the message 'this site cannot be reached'.
This site can’t be reachedwww.triumph2000register.co.uk’s server IP address could not be found.
Search Google for triumph 2000 register co uk phpBB3
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
However, if you are now reading this, you have obviously managed to get on the Forum, but I have now found that the way to access it from a book mark is to visit the Triumph 2000 Register official website, and from the drop down menu, select 'Forum', and when the page is open, select 'Click here to take the Triumph 2000/2500/2.5 Register Forum out of the frame'. This then opens the forum separately - you may have to log on again, but this should then allow access as previously directly from a book mark on your home page etc.
I see there is a lot of reference to Tramadol in the results when searching for the Register from Google - whether someone with far more knowledge than me can shed any light on the problem....?
You can probably tell that I am not an expert in these matters, but if this helps the frustration encountered recently when trying to log onto the Register Forum, then it has been worth my time typing this.....

Thanks John,
Just a suggestion - maybe post a working link on the club FB page direct to the forum. Although I guess that I could do that but I didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes.

It would have to done by someone far more in the know than myself! I do not use facebook - I have been told that 'I am missing out' by not doing so; maybe its an age thing combined with the reputation facebook had in its earlier days....

Re: RECENT DIFFICULTIES LOGGING ON TO THE FORUM
I've been locked out too - and I'm the forum Administrator!
I've also found my old book mark stopped working (that is direct to the forum) but if you go to the Register home page, forum and then click the 'out of the Frame 'bit (just as johnnydog says), that works. Then you can save that page as a bookmark.
Seems to work for me.
I now have about 4 new members to authorise... (and do the Forum notes for the next SixAppeal issue)!
Cheers,
Mike.

Re: RECENT DIFFICULTIES LOGGING ON TO THE FORUM
Certainly not John! I first noticed the problem over the weekend (when prompted by Sharon) I then had an email from Andy saying they were working on it. Obviously successfully!
Cheers,
Mike.

Re: RECENT DIFFICULTIES LOGGING ON TO THE FORUM
Hi Bill,
That's great and thanks for letting me know. I sorted your password last month but then we had an issue with just getting to the forum. That also now seems to be sorted.
Good to see you back on here again!
Cheers,
Mike.
