Hi Dave,
It does seem to be random but up to now I've found that the post hasn't been lost. I don't know why it happens and as we have (finally) managed to get a return ferry crossing from Normandy I don't have the time to investigate today! We arrived here early March for 6 weeks - and are only today going back. Thank heavens for the internet in the mean time!
