OK, I\'m getting closer to getting her back on the road...<IMG> but in the continuing effort to keep parts shortages at bay, I need a driveshaft from a manual car (I understand the manual and manual/OD are the same). I thought I could have a specialty shop rework the automatic shaft I have, and obtained a cut off front end of a manual shaft (too expensive to ship the whole thing from Oz...I thought) only to find that the diameters are SO different I really didn\'t want to have a shop make up an adapter...or am I all wet, and it\'s NOT a bad idea to have them put the two together (assuming they agree to).
Obviously, it would need to be in the USA already for this to make sense. All help appreciated!
