steering shudder

Hi, Was out in Triumph today still a bit of a steering shudder at 45-50 done all the usual checks. but when I touch the brake pedal slightly shudder disappears . Is this a wheel bearing issue? Any ideas? cheers.

I had similar symptoms on one of my Triumphs a few years back, it turned out to be the ball joint on the track control arm.
I would also check the track rod ends while you're down there!

Its had new track rod ends recently new ball joints in the past couple of years (low miles) I'm wondering if it could be the front shocks? any ideas?

Doing the basics first (and least expensive!), have you simply tried swapping both front wheels to the back to see if it still happens?
