ULEZ Low emissions

HI all,

Not read much, on any forum, about the new expanded ULEZ for London and other such places as Bristol(CAZ).

I did a check on the TfL site for my 2.5s both recently and sometime previously.

On previous checks I was o.k. for ULEZ (LEZ and Congestion charge - no). Now this vehicle is subject to a £12.50 to £17.50 charge.

Anyone else done a recent check?

Kev

On the strength of your post I checked both my 2000 saloon and my MGB roadster, both are showing daily charges.

Exactamont! Did you do a check pre-pandemic?

No pre-pandemic check, mainly because it is unlikely I will drive into London.

The TFL checker doesn't show tax exempt vehicles as exempt, probably by design, so you pay it when you don't have to.

Yeah, it's strange that. I did check that site also but as it was not a TfL site I thought it may not be legit and "behind the times". Khan is doing everything he can to screw more out of motorists that come within his orbit. I cannot understand how a public transport entity has managed to acquire so much power and able to virtually browbeat any administration into accepting their crazy ideas.
