I assume you are on Strombergs from the age of the car? It sounds like they are running weak. Assuming that the diaphragms are good ( supple and not holed) and the pistons rise and fall correctly (with no sticking, and fall with a metallic clunk), and the carbs are operating simultaneously, then the...
