Hi Adrian
I have just fitted a pair of seatbelts to my 2000 saloon. I managed to get hold of some old Britax inertia reel belts at a show but wasn\'t sure wether to use them or not. I deciced to buy some Securon ones from a local supplier but these didn\'t fit using the standard fixing points on the ...

Hi Dave
The wheel trims could be off any of the following, PI, Stag, GT6 MK2 or Vitesse mk2 although there are some differences in the width of the mounting ring to allow for different width wheels. I cannot see in the picture but Stag ones have elongated valve holes to fit on the 14 inch wheels ...

I expect it would be a good idea to put some holes in, not sure where though. If no holes are drilled the sills will fill with water more easily.  A lot of water runs down a drain from the bulkhead behind the wings, this then slowly fills the sills up, especially if you park nose downhill ...

I expect you will have trouble finding a set of 175\'s for your car. You can still get 185/70 14 quite easily, most of the cars I have seen have had this size fitted. As for benefits the 185\'s will probably be cheaper than 175\'s (if you can find some) but the speedo will be very slightly out. Not ...

As far as I know the suspension legs are the same on most of the 2000 range apart from some early ones that do not have a D shaped spring platform, they are round and the tyre could foul. The monroe shocks will give a slightly firmer ride if they are of the same type I had fitted to my car, Might ...

Hi Harold.
I had a quick look through some catalogues, Earlpart do new wings but I think that is it. It might be worth contacting them to find out for sure as the catalogue I have is quite old.
Perhaps someone else has had the same problem and can help.
Earlparts number is 01773 719504, or fax 01773 ...

Hi Simon
I haven\'t got a lot af experience with auto boxes but the only time the one on my car played up it was due to low fluid level.
Leaving cars standing always causes problems, sometimes things go off after driving for a while.
I expect someone else has had a similar problem and knows the cure ...

Hi Harold
Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your car. I must admit I have never rebuilt a steering rack. I changed my car to power steering and fitted a reconditioned one.
The only things I can think could be wrong are perhaps the rack itself was slightly worn and has damaged the bush or ...

Thanks Alan
I have already got some footwell mats, the only trouble is if I fit them they will look out of place as the rest of the carpet has faded. I will have to keep looking.

 Hello Alan
I was wondering if you have got any brown vinyl front seat bases. I fixed mine by hand stitching a variety of good bits, but don\'t really know how long this will last. I may be interested in some brown carpet as well.
 Cheers Steve.
