PI wheel trims
I’m thinking of putting the original wheels and trims back on my PI.
I am going to repaint the black inserts on the trims (masking and spraying them) what I want to know is were they originally Matt or gloss black.

I sympathise with your Issue I think I put the left hand side in first then the right side helped if you tip it up at roughly at 45 degrees. The worst bit I found was putting the small bolts in that secure the parcel shelf to the deflector for the heater. I also put some duck tape or a bit of rag on...

Thank you Johnnydog that clears that one up most of that £10000 is labour they want to cut out and replace a new piece of metal on both sides of the subframe (the mounts under the rear seat can’t think what you call them) the near side one has been welded before and they have said it is a poor weld ...

I have now managed to get 3 and 4 injectors spraying however they are dribbling so am going to get a couple of new injectors and get the old ones refurbished

Thank you iani I can see three tow bars on there two for a mk1 and one for a mk 2 estate would the estate version fit the saloon
