Thanks all. I have sourced a nearly complete Mk1 2000 manual non-overdrive so all of the bits I need should be present.
The deal with the shell looks to have fallen through but at least I have a starting point.

Once it’s in the garage something like that would be ideal. However, it’s not first in the queue (1962 Singer Vogue currently has priority) so it needs to be mobile across my rough driveway until such times as it goes into the garage.

Mk1 suspension wanted
Hi, I have located a good shell but unfortunately it is just that. In order to move it I need to get it rolling and preferably steering. Can anyone help with rear axle, front crossmember, struts, rack etc.? Please. Doesn’t have to be good stuff, just functional enough to get the car home to the gara...
