Hi all.
I live in Sutton, just outside Ely, & run "Winnie", a MK2 2500TC Estate as my daily driver (when it is behaving!)
Be really happy to meet up to chat if the timings suit.
Mike Oldham.

Propshaft fitting
Come to swap my propshaft with a spare one from a donor car, but 1 is fitted with the sliding joint at the gearbox end, the other with it at the diff end?
Which is correct?
Thanks.
Mike.

Re: Alternator connections
Good point! Could be. Investigated further today, looked at a loom on a 2500S & the wire doesn't exist. Looked everywhere that the wire might connect to, no joy. Started her this morning, temperature gauge working fine, & the voltmeter works its way up to normal levels if you give it time! Only thin...

Thanks Dave. Did contact them via their website, but no response so far.
Been quoted £300+ from elsewhere, which makes a rebuilt rack from CW look appealing.

Power steering rack rebuild.
Anyone done this? I have a second hand rack & pump that want to fit to my 2500TC, have all of the associated bits as well, but would seem sensible to replace the seals on both the rack & pump before fitting.
Alternatively, doeas anyone know of somewhere it could be done, & rough cost?
Mike.
