In my experience over the years, I think you will find that some of the studs will come out with the nuts stuck on them, easily separated when off the head.
As for the downpipe studs, try welding nuts to any stumps that are remaining, and then get the flange as hot as you can before trying to ...

Its not specifically a Triumph part you need, just measure the ID of the original pipe, and order the length you need from a hose/tube stockist, for example....

I didn't mean that the bulb holders were specifically Reliant, the ones in the eBay link are similar.

I vastly improved my speedo and tacho illumination with bulbs and holders from........wait for it......a Reliant Robin!
The bulb holders are plastic requiring an earth, but have the same push in claw fitting as the Triumph and use a capless bulb LLB297 (much brighter)

I had similar symptoms on one of my Triumphs a few years back, it turned out to be the ball joint on the track control arm.
I would also check the track rod ends while you're down there!
