Still looking for a wiper gearbox final drive gear, the type that has the park switch contact attached, if anyone has one or knows where I can source one.

If you are driving properly you should be getting much less than 335 miles per tankful.

I am hoping to get down for a day with my MK1 that was last on the road in 1973. Is there a particular time/day that they are trying to get all the MK1's together for the 50th anniversary? If so that will be the date I will aim for.
