Hey guys,
I have a 76 2500TC and have never had any electrical issues till now.
All of a sudden one day the following items stopped working simultaneously:
- Indicators (4 ways/warning indicators still work)
- Wipers and spray
- Fuel and temp gauges
- Brake lights
All other items are working fine and all fuses are working fine too.
Is there a common link between these faults that anyone can suggest I investigate? If anyone has a copy of the wiring diagram, that would be very helpful. Mine has been poorly photocopied and I can hardly read it.
Thanks

All this equipment is run from fuse 3. Whilst the fuse may look good, it may not be. Check you have 12V both sides of the fuse holder with the ignition on. It may show the fuse not working, or will identify a break in the supply wire to that fuse holder.

Thanks, Ill take a tester to fuse 3 and see what it says.
Are there any other items running through fuse 3 other than those I mentioned that aren't working?

Reverse lights, overdrive (assuming your car is manual) and the heater fan iirc

Hello Bmaan,
I hope I'm not teaching you to suck eggs but switch on the items that don't work to test the fuse. You can get a misleading reading if there is no load on it.

I might well be wrong, but Isn't there spade terminals at the back of the fuse box? I seem to remember having one come off.
