i'm after the metal plate that screws on the back of the glove box lid... i gave mine to someone so they could use it as a template to make an ally plate , to cover the glove box aperture , so that i could do a proper job of attaching tripmeter etc ..but it's gone AWOL.... so ha anyone got one they don't want...condition not that important

Do you mean the pressed inner skin for a Mk1 glovebox ?
I did have one to use as a pattern to make a carbon fibre replacement for someone.

I will have to see if I still have it and what condition it's in. I seem to remember I had to file it a bit where the screws go through.
