MK2 engine bay

I know that the MK2 front end is longer than a MK1, but is the actual engine bay larger?

Good, I feel a plan forming!

Does Dave still have that white wreck in his front garden and would he mind if I had the engine bay?

Hopefully, I'll see you next week, unless you're going to Duxford?

You want the engine bay Andy? That's a strange request, what the hell are you thinking about doing and how is the megasquirt going?

The megasquirt is working well, just did a holiday in France, got good MPG too. Only one problem, which was easily fixed and caused by poor workmanship on the part of the installer!

Engine feels strong and feels like it has more performance then it's ever had, along with very good mpg.

But I am disappointed with the actual power output of engine, 80 bhp isn't enough though, which is why I'm thinking about a cut out engine bay.......!

Your not gonna "blow it" are you?

Just remember you want an S (8.5:1) or a USA spec (7.5:1) head to prevent it blowing up!
