Engine number
Hi just bought car with engine number MM.....HEA any ideas ?tia
Re: Engine number
Early auto cars had the letters BW at the end of the chassis (VIN) number. This signified Borg Warner. It was changed on later cars to the letter A (for Automatic).
Assuming that your car has the original engine, it suggests that your car is a 2.5 or 2500 facelift model (from the MM engine number) and was originally fitted with auto transmission.
