Is this the one that didn't want to start at the National on the Sunday?
If it is/or not,Lumenition needs clean 12volts to fire right,so your ballast system should be binned!
Worth a try,good luck.
Bill.

has your car got a fuel pump with a priming lever under it? if so, try pumping it 5 times before you try to cold start her. fuel could be draining back over night. mine does after 3 or more days standing.

Mine too. I always prime the pump if I haven't used the car for a few days - it takes ages cranking away otherwise. Pumped until the petrol has stopped gurgling it fires instantly, hardly time to release the key!
I tried new valves and pump diaphram, but the petrol still runs back, or perhaps evaporates.
When cold I always give it full choke, and then push the knob in to about 1/4 the moment it's running. Once on the road I put the choke right in.
