Just to let everyone know that hasn't booked for Saturday night that all food places are booked. Lots of bookings have been received! There is limited camping available but all bookings must be received by the extended deadline of 12th June after which only day passes will be available

Lloyd, I can't believe you have never been to a National!!

I'm good to go now, took the blue 2000 for MOT this morning, passed with flying colours & no advisories, so I think a trip to the National for it is on the cards as the Scotland one was the last one I went to in it!
11 sleeps to go, cant wait :D

Just an oil change to do on the estate and a wash and polish. I returned to points and condenser two nights ago after several years of Lumenition ignition. Tickover seems smoother, will see at the weekend if the driving experience has been improved no doubt.

Me to Lee, found the Pi water pump just starting to leak. New one on its way from CW. The Rad is knackered. At repairers in Bedford the nearest place to get a rad re-cored. Will report on quality of work, should be ready by Monday. The front crank seal is leaking all over the front of the engine, the Pas ran low on fluid can't find the leak yet! In addition half shafts to complete, this job has been started and the diff is leaking. So not much chance of corrosion on the underside too much oil everywhere. Also may need to split front struts to change a few parts.

Have done the overdrive electrics and brakes (front) track rod. Other than that everything is fine.

Also in the throws of putting a fence up in the garden.

In the last few weeks had some welding on the front arch and rear wing, then into the bodyshop for 2 wings, slam panel and lower valance painted, 2 bottom arms replaced yesterday and a leaking shock, plus oil and plug change, 2 new tyres today and hopefully a new MoT tomorrow! Then to find some front footwell carpets.

House rewiring has meant Trummy had to wait until last minute!

Estate runs better and pulls smoother too on points and condenser.
Also changed fr pads for some nos Lockheed items, the generic ones fitted when the new Stag calipers and discs went on had done at least 25k miles and were only half worn........but they really needed a good shove to haul HOE down and gave a long pedal at times on the run out at Runswick. New pads are a vast improvement. Still got the oil change to do.

8 sleeps to go!!!!!!!
