I'm looking but I wonder if the diff would like the extra torque ?

My initial thoughts are that it isnt a recent conversion and I would say that any diff issues would have been addressed and any problems would now be showing since it was done. It doesn't seem any expense has been spared on the car either so I'm sure the diff would have been assessed for suitabilty. Maybe ask the seller about the diff or any modifications? There are probably members in the Register who have done, or know people who have done similar conversions, so maybe someone will be along soon to give you further info.

That looks very tidy. The Stag (and some 2000s) run similar power/torque as a standard RV8 and they use the Triumph rear diff unit in various ratios. That would make a nice car IMHO.
