Ok, so let me get this straight...
A car which was up for sale for around £700 but needing sills, wheelarch repairs and paint has just been sold for over £5k?
If that's the case, then it clearly shows that good cars are rising in price, and the only way to make good cars (or at the very least road legal ones) is to have proper panels available, off the shelf and in abundant supply...
And then you've got to consider what happens to good cars that, God forbid, get involved in accidents... What happens then if panels aren't available? A minter with a smashed rear wing or dinged front end gets written-off by the insurer and then gets crushed/broken?
We'd all look pretty silly then, wouldn't we?
