This is my dads 73 French blue Pi the car we had underside media blasted to bare metal and completed the necessary welding. Bilt Hamber high zinc was applied with an epoxy mid coat striping the vulnerable seams. The seam sealer was applied then a tintable stone chip as a top layer.

Hello Charles, thanks for the comment. Dad has been waiting 2 years for me to complete his shell, the 2 cars were pretty much started at the same time at different start points. He has been busy squirrelling away all his nos bits and bobs and everything has been refurbished so he is stoked that he can spend his time now building it back up. I’ve started gathering bits for the mk1 - new front wings, could do with someone pointing me in the direction of some bumpers and a steering wheel off the top of my head. So the mk1 should be on the jig soon and I’ll keep posting!

Again, I am impressed with the attention to detail!
The finished project should look as stunning as the Valencia PI you previously did!
Keep it up!
