Looks like you really needed the Lucas alternator not the Delco one. They are cheaper too!
I am sure someone else may be able to help with wiring that one however, electrics are not my strongest point.

Very nice indeed! Sapphire blue perhaps? Same as my PI. I see it has PI wheel trims.
The alternator plug should have 2 thick brown wires (or maybe 1 thick brown and 1 thin brown) and one thin brown and another colour (I can't remember what the other colour is without looking at the manual). The brown wires are connected to the battery and need to go onto the output terminals of the alternator. The brown and another colour thin wire is the indicator wire and should go to the indicator terminal on the alternator.
I hope that helps?
Cheers,
Mike.

I'm trying later for the alternator thankyou
For the color, this is not the original one, perhaps black or dark bleu not sure... is it possible to have an Heritage certificat for it ?

I need your help !!!!!!!!!
I have several issue on my car... It doesn't star when it hot ! In the begining I thinki it was a coil or ignition issue because they weren't in really good condition. I have changed coil, ballast resistor rotor arm, ignition contact, plug lead etc... all except spark and condensor (it riveted in the distributor)
Now it's better to star when hot and also to run but not enougth.... what can be the other parts to replace ? Does it can be a vaporlock issue ?
In the same way, the igntion litgh is permantly britgh when the engine run slowly ... but the voltmeter say between 12 and 14 volt ? Are the both issue are connected ?
Other point the strongberg are difficult to set up, I have a set of HS from a 2500, does anyone know wich niddle I need to fit with cone air filter ?
Otherwise ... I use the car often to travel my kids useful than the motorbike and we really like it
Thank you for your help !

The first thing to suspect these days with poor hot starting is the rotor arm. I realise you have fitted a new one, but there are a lot of poor "Lucas" copies around that short out to earth when hot, then go back to normal when cooled.
Try a remanufactured 'red' rotor arm from Chris Witor or the Distributor Doctor, they do modern replacements for 25D & 45D distributors.
