I always remember standing in a crowded room and bidding on that at the time....
Is it still in the same condition as sold back then?,i can,t remember how much it sold for at the time.

Before any possible indication of value can be given, then a lot more information would be needed and in depth photographs of the typical areas of corrosion and condition. Any historical value (prototype etc) would need to be documented too. A true valuation could not be given however without a physical examination. I say this with my Triumph 2000 Register Valuations Officer cap on!
Incidentally, this service is available to Register members for a small fee payable to the Triumph 2000 Register.

If it is indeed FOL361L then it is a very well known car with excellent provenance, and needs no further examination (other than current condition).
What do I know?

I was there as well. I've never seen an auction where there wasn't enough room in the main hall, so the surplus were dumped in another room upstairs, and every lot was auctioned downstairs, until the bids went no further, at which point the auctioneer asked for bids from upstairs, which all got the same reply, "can't beat that"...
Currently over 35 years worth of fixing 35 boxes.
Hoping to reach 65 years worth of fixing 65 boxes.

The car is the FOL 361L. Don't have any pics at the moment of the car but is still a solid motor and been in dry storage for the last 12 years.

I'd be very interested in seeing that. Be interesting to see how the factory did it vs my Del Lines built car. I'm hoping the answer is 'better'!!
Seriously, want to see it!!!
