hi all managed to get the door on today just ive only put it on for now to keep the weather out its a good fit but have now noticed the both bottom hinges on the front are worn and will need new pins if there available that's it for now will keep posting with pics as and when I get chance to work on her.

Probably not, but it's a bit difficult to get in there with a suitable drift and hammer.

Mind you, with the super work you're doing, I don't think you'll have too much problem!

many thanks mike I only plan to restore this car once so its got to be done right lack of time at the moment to do anything but after xmas and bad weather permitting I should get stuck in again .

I know what you mean. I have too many projects and not enough time to do them. I need to give up the day job and live to 130 to get them all done!

lol then we would be to old to drive them :D im looking to get it completed over the next two years that's the time scale ive given myself that's providing another triumph doesn't come along and distract me :lol:

Huh, tell me! Then there's Lloyd's save a saloon theme. I'd be very tempted to save any (local) Mk2s that come up, just to add to the projects. But don't tell SWMBO!
