Ongoing saga with the OD Box n the 2500S. The bearing carrier was fubar'd - the cross shaft bent slightly and of course the pin sheared so a nighmare removing it...... but that pales into insignificance.
The damned OverDrive
- can't seperate it at all. Tried throwing oil into it and spinning it up - but how fast does it need to go before the 12V will get it to kick in/out to release the tension?I'm really getting annoyed with this - it's been overhauled previously and is pretty good in general - just need this gasket and the front race bearing and input shaft replacing. As the OD wont seperate I'm stuck.
