Clutch plates

#1 Post by Calorian » Sun Sep 10, 2017 9:07 pm

Hi,

Can anyone confirm if these are the correct parts for a MK2. I can only seem to see them listed as GT6 parts, are they the same? The couple of kits I have are numbered GCP195 and CC8910.

Cheers,

The GCP 195 from memory (as I don't have my parts book at hand) is the Unipart listing for the 2.5PI.
Whereas a lot of aftermarket suppliers group the 2000 and 2.5/2500 all together with a 'one clutch fits all' approach, Unipart (who were the approved parts supplier in the later years) and BL listed individual numbers for various models, presumably with different rated springs.
I don't what the other numbers you gave refer to unfortunately.
