Been meaning to put up a few more pictures, since the first wash and polish for the best part of a decade and a half...

Doing separate pictures per post is the only way i can post up. If anyone is wondering what picture 3 is all about, it is a close up of the driver's door - it confused a few when i sent it to them!! I am amazed how good the Triumph paint is, in April it is 48 years old. Even though i had it covered all the time, dust etc still found it's way through on to the 'high' spots ( shoulders of the doors and rear wings etc) and after washing, remained 'dry' to the touch. So i gave those areas a light T-Cut then a polish up of the whole panel one at a time. Aledgedly by todays' standards these are now small cars....that maybe correct, but not when you have a whole one of these to do, panel by panel  It is by no means a perfect car, every panel has something , somewhere! But for nigh on 48, i think she's not looking too bad....
Movement wise in the last month or so since going back on the road, not far unfortunately due to the uncertainty of where i am with the auto gearbox. We take it out, when weather permits ( still Winter i suppose :D ) when we can, may have covered circa 40 miles, but only locally around the area, she is not keen at all on tackling a hill , and unfortunately we are surrounded by hills  Some say keep trying, it might free up, others say do not drive it, you will make it worse :?
One thing i will add is since having it back on the road again, i did miss the reactions from other's :D On it's second trip out it had it's first photo taken by a complete stranger...asking all about it.... also every trip i have taken, my 12 year old is right in the passenger seat ,which is really nice...
and we have noticed whilst driving around, the heads that turn the most and double take are the 16 - 20 age group.....

Hi Nige, Nah, still can't see a door picture 3! All I can see is some sort of plastic box sitting on a bit of carpet and 2 front struts (with the springs removed) on the left. Also not forgetting a bit of garden hose !

You should be able to post more than 1 picture at a time. I'll try and investigate...

Ah - that was my 'pile ' to send back to CW - to help another 2000 get back on the road :D That was definately a door, was just making a point of just how good the Triumph paint was, even at 48 years old, with faults !!!
