Hi Simon, there seems to be a delay on submitting a post and it actually appearing, hence the duplicate and triplicate posts that have been made.

I have just submitted a post, and it took quite a long while relatively for it to appear on the topic.
This is probably why some members have submitted duplicate posts - because their post doesn't appear as quickly as it did previously, they are clicking the submit button a second time.
