Double (and triple) postings

#1 Post by Dave B » Mon Mar 12, 2018 9:41 pm

A good few weeks ago I thought my PC was running slow, and when I replied to a post and then clicked send, it didn't 'go', so you press again as you do, only to find that when you go back to the board index you find that the first post had actually gone and you have actually made two (or three) posts! Is it us or is it website related :?

It does seem to do that on a few forum's :? Apart from the new "CT" forum...... Where it is now hard to find or post anything :(
You are not alone :D

Yes, it takes an absolute age for a posting to enter. VERY frustrating. Can take up to 40 seconds.

Thanks for raising the issue - I adn't realised there was a problem...

The site has had a service - and should run a bit faster. As always, I might have upset something whilst making changes so please Private Message me any issues you find!

I have solved the issue with posts being slow - fingers crossed!
